Men Hair Transplant Surgery

Having the fresh head of glossy hair is the wish of every men suffering from hair loss. Hair today gone tomorrow is the story of majority of unfortunate men. Men are more prone to hair loss that starts with the receding hairline and ends up shedding up to the crown. Increased hair loss leads to male pattern baldness leaving clean shiny head. Hair loss in men is inevitable as aging. The increasing hair loss problems have resulted in the increased demand of hair transplantation surgery in men.

Unnecessary secretion of a hormone called dehydrotestosterone (DHT) is the culprit behind baldness in men. Because of excessive secretion of DHT, hair does not merely fall out but shrinks. Hair grows from follicles but the size of follicles shrunk. Hair continue to produce from follicles but they are thinner. At the end follicles become so thin that they completely shut down. Hair transplant is the permanent solution of hair restoration as it significantly improves the appearance and self-confidence.

Hair transplantation is minimally invasive surgical technique that involves transformation of skin containing hair follicles from donor areas to the balding areas. Tiny grafts including groups of three to four hair are extracted from donor area and transplanted onto recipient site rather than strip harvesting method in order to achieve more natural outcomes. Tiny punches of between 0.6mm and 1.0mm are used for removal of hair follicles. The surgery is performed under local anesthesia with mild sedation. Then, hair follicles are placed in predetermined pattern and density on recipient site. Transplanted hair will begin to grow normally after few months.

This revolutionary less invasive restoration process is gradual but successful results are hundred percent guaranteed.  But one thing should be remembered that consequences completely rely on the surgeon. The surgery should be carried out by experienced surgeons. A little mistake can ruin the entire effort. Thankfully, ILHT is equipped with adept and experienced team of surgeons and finest instruments along with standardized methods leading to undetectable outcomes.
